Situated on a spacious multi-acre lot in central Sonoma County, the collaboration with the well-respected Sonoma County architects Marcus and Willers resulted in one of our first net-zero energy home.

Build for a professional couple and empty nesters, the design featured a U-shaped building around a central courtyard in order to maximize privacy. In Addition, the property featured a large, detached auto-barn with indoor basketball court.
