Private Residence on Mill Creek

The Residence on Mill Creek was developed as a design-build solution for a married couples’ first home. The narrow lot challenged our design team through many geological constraints. In addition, the project had very limited funds and a tight timeframe.

 

Together with the clients, we created a 1,260-square-foot, two-story home. The hillside home was designed to make the space feel “larger” than its constructed size providing them with an open ground floor and more private second floor.
