Napa Creek Village

Napa Creek Village is a 48-unit condominium/apartment project designed to be one of the most sustainable net-zero energy multi-family projects in the country. The project features a shared interior courtyard and garden spaces. The project fosters connections between the residents and their daily interactions in this semi-private space. Parking is found on the perimeter, keeping pets and kids safe within the courtyard.

Napa Creek Village was evaluated for the LEED Platinum level, Cal Green, Build-It-Green and Living Building Challenge Certifications as a nationwide model for sustainable and healthy homes, the project features solar panels on the roof, greywater capture systems and other green technologies.
