OUR TEAM
Beth A. Farley
CEO & PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
FOUNDER
To design and build homes that people love and in which they can thrive has been Beth’s passion from a very young age. Key elements should be aesthetically beautiful, ease of living, a profusion of natural light and clean air, affordability and zero net energy. From entitlement to building permit, breaking ground to ribbon cutting, this process brings structures into the world that will last in our environment well over 100 years. It is important to get it done right. Sustainability at all levels is key to all our futures.

Beth has worked on many multifamily projects that include over 500 residential units, both market rate and affordable, and over 100 single family homes. Designing for the needs of the occupant at different phases of their life is crucial to developing homes that are flexible and work for all periods of a lifetime. Making the home highly valuable and lived in longer by the occupant. Creating outdoor spaces for community, playing and gardening is a priority in every project.
Swinging a hammer and gardening have always been a part of Beth’s life and in 2021 she became a licensed General Contractor in California. Along with holding a California Architecture license, Beth can complete the circle to take a project from raw land entitlement thru construction and into occupancy.

SUMMARY
Bob passed away suddenly in May of 2024. He was loved by many in the Napa Community. We are keeping his profile here because he will always be a part of this team in spirit. He will continue to inspire his wife, Lisa, and his favorite Architect, Beth, to take up the housing challenge and continue Onward!
The City of Napa Planning Commission, that Bob served on at his passing, held a tribute for Bob on June 6, 2024. You may watch it online here https://napacity.granicus.com/player/clip/3026?view_id=2&redirect=true
