In the heart of Sonoma County, the vision of Huntley Square addresses the critical need for high quality residential infill. Within 1 mile from downtown Sebastopol, the proposed project  delivers 10 zero-net energy townhomes on 1/3 of an acre with shared courtyard at the center and private patios in the back.

There are four flats and six loft floor plans in the design and the large windows flood the units with light.

The townhomes at Huntley Square respond to the desire of homebuyers to downsize attracting empty-nesters, the local workforce and young professionals. Every home features less than 600 sq ft and is optimized for full-size living.

Parking is centralized away from the buildings.
