Homes on Darling Street

The project located on Darling Street in Napa included a main house, a guest house and a garage.  This was built as a model home, showcasing the panelization process and healthy finishes.

Sustainable features like toxic free finishes and solar panels contributed to the healthy aspects of “green living”.  The homes could be visited during the 1-year showcase period and were sold right after to a family. The construction of these homes confirmed our cost-efficient process for the subsequent projects.
