The Culinary Institute at Greystone’s Vineyard Lodge Expansion in St. Helena was completed in 2010 and houses 60 culinary students from across the country. Together with Valley Atchitects we provided project management, LEED® consultant and general contractor for one of the first gold certified LEED® dormitories in the country.

With the institutes intention to have as little impact on the environment as possible, we created a high-performance building with little added cost over conventional construction.
