Calistoga Vista is designed to become a 50-unit housing project including 46 residential condos and 4 small townhouses, all of which are planned to be rented indefinitely. The project intends to create critically needed affordable housing to the Calistoga workforce.
In the masterplan four main buildings are planned to enclose a central pedestrian courtyard. The main building towards the commercial street will be a mixed-use residential development, with residential units extending towards the central courtyard. The three other residential buildings are designed to include studios, one-bedroom units and flexible one-bedroom plus units.

The community center will have two community rooms, a small gym, a kitchen, a tool library and the central mailbox access. The roof will feature a spacious deck with an outdoor kitchen and views over the Palisade hills and vineyards to the north.
